The Vacancy Grid has a number of search options as detailed below:
- Select from the drop-down list the field you want to search in.
- The second drop-down allows you to select criteria such as Exact, Starts With, Contains.
- The third text box is for you to enter the search criteria you are looking for. You can use this when searching/refining existing search results for things like duplicate email addresses, forename, surname, owner etc.
- Radial Search Distance.
- Select radial search from either a Town or FULL UK Postcode.
- Enter the town or FULL UK Postcode.
- You have the option to show all vacancies or just your own vacancies and their state using this drop-down list.
- Filter the vacancy type Permanent, Contract, Temporary from this drop-down.
- Click the blue 'Tag' button to create a new tag search or simply select an existing one from the drop-down list.
- This drop-down enables you to run previously saved searches, select the search and click the 'Go' button.
- The 'HOLD' button enables you to hold existing search results whilst refining/adding additional search criteria.
- The 'Go' button runs the search.
- The alphabet running across the bottom allow you to search via client surname - clicking the '*' will return all records in the database.
- The '+ New' button enables you to create a new vacancy record in the database.
