How to create a tag

To set up and create your tags please follow these steps

1. Click on the ‘Admin’ area in the main menu.
2. Click on the ‘Tags' tab.
3. Type in the new tag in the 'Tag Tier 1' section in the text box and click 'Save' button.
4. Select the Record type(s) that you want to associate the Tag with by ticking the tick boxes, the same tag can be associated with multiple record types.
