Auto Search
When Auto Search is set up, it will run the search in the background and populate the Possibles basket with relevant records that meet the search criteria.
How to make an advanced search an Auto Search
- In the advance search pop, tick the Auto Search tick box
- Add the search criteria
- Run the search
- When records that meet the search criteria are found during the Auto Search, they are automatically added to the Possibles basket attached to the saved search.
- This will give you an alert to let you know the records have been added
- When the records no longer meet the search criteria, the records will automatically be removed from the Possibles basket giving you an alert to let you know.
