There are two fields on the Candidate Record in the System Information tab.
On the date that a Candidate either accepts or Denies the Terms of Use, you can select the date from the calendar picker.
These two fields can be searched for as pictured below.
You can also select these two fields in the Custom Views manager to add them to your Custom Views.
