# Chameleon-i Chat Function

## The chat feature is a free feature for all users that can be found in the bottom right hand side of your Chameleon-i screen. 

 

- Send record urls to other users without having to leave the browser. If you click the button to copy the record URL you will then be able to paste this into the chat window to another user.

- This feature also allows you to message other users in your agency or create group chat.
- Set your online status.
- Send out announcements.

To delete chats, hover over the to the right of the users name or the chat name until a cross appears. 

If you wish to delete single messages from a conversations, hover over the message until you get the option to delete the message. 

\*Ensure that you have enabled all cookies to be able to use this feature.
