# Selecting actions Note and To Do types

## You can select which note types you like to be visible in your drop-down list when running a note/todo in a record.

- Go to the '**Admin**' tab and select the '**Lists**' tab
- Select the '**Notes/ToDo Types**' list in the drop-down list
- For each Note/ToDo type there is a tickbox option called **Display** which tells Chameleon-i whether to show this note/todo type in the Activity Pop-up.
- By default the **Display** tickbox is selected, for both existing/new Note/Todo Types
- To hide the note/todo type for all users in the agency, simply untick the **Display** option and navigate away from the Admin area.
- The Activity pop will no longer show the Note/ToDo Type.
