Selecting actions Note and To Do types

You can select which note types you like to be visible in your drop-down list when running a note/todo in a record.

• Go to the 'Admin' tab and select the 'Lists' tab
• Select the 'Notes/ToDo Types' list in the drop-down list
• For each Note/ToDo type there is a tickbox option called Display which tells Chameleon-i whether to show this note/todo type in the Activity Pop-up.
• By default the Display tickbox is selected, for both existing/new Note/Todo Types
• To hide the note/todo type for all users in the agency, simply untick the Display option and navigate away from the Admin area.
• The Activity pop will no longer show the Note/ToDo Type.
