When posting vacancies using our partner jobsoard Spotajob, the vacancies are also then posted on to Google Jobs by default.
The 'Google For Jobs' counter on the Vacancy Posting Tab shows how many referrals you have had for the vacancy. This is the number of times that a person has clicked on the vacancy in Google Jobs opening the vacancy detail page in Spotajob.
