You may need to search for contact records within a specific date range to follow-up or make contact, helping you keep your data up to date and accurate.
You can search for dates using a variety of data fields including: -
- Registered
- Last Contacted
- CV Date
- Employment Start Date
- Incoming Call
- Incoming Email
- Incoming SMS
- Outgoing Call
- Outgoing Email
- Outgoing SMS
- Visa Expiry Date
For this example, we are searching for 'Last Contacted Date'.
- Open a Clients or Candidates grid from the smart nav panel.
- In the search bar, select from the first drop-down 'Last Contacted Date'.
- Select the date range by entering a value in the 'From' and 'To' fields using the calendars.
- Click the 'Go' button
- Your results will display in the grid.
