Finding records using the Universal Quick Search

The Universal Quick Search feature in the main menu allows you to search for any Company, Client, Candidate, Vacancy, or Placement record and open it directly from the search results.

  • To use this search, select the 'Quick Search' magnifying glass icon in the main menu.

Universal-Quick-Search

  • Enter the search criteria - in this case Darren - the list will expand to include all relevant search results.
  • Click the correct individual record if it appears in the list to open it or click the 'View All Results' to see further options.
  • The 'View All Results' will list a summary of details for you to better identify the correct record you want to pull up.
  • You can use the checkboxes to filter the record types to further refine your results.
