i-Dash Overview

The i-Dash enables you to monitor user activity and success against their targets in real-time.

 If you are an Administrator, you can view individual users or groups, as a user you can only view your own performance.

You can set and view your success for the following target areas.

  1. KPI's .
  2. New Business target.
  3. Activities.
  4. Integrated Website activity.
  5. Revenue, Total, Perm, Temp and Contract.
  6. Forecast - Projected Revenue.

To set individual KPI targets you will need to have Admin permission within Chameleon-i. For further details on setting individual user targets please refer to our document 'i-Dash Setting User Targets'.
