Troubleshooting - "Not Authorised" Message

Permissions to perform certain actions within the database are set within your user profile, and controlled by an administrator.


If you see a 'Not Authorised' message while you are using Chameleon-i, you may not have permission to perform the action. Please refer to your company administrator to make changes to your user permissions.

Chameleon-i staff are not permitted to make changes to user profiles, all changes must be made by your system administrator.
