How to Enable or Disable Users to Edit the Date and Time fields in a To Do

When running actions or setting up scheduled events a To Do, Chameleon-i offers two options for setting a time and date stamp.

Option 1 allows a user to select a time and date when running the action.
Option 2 has the system automatically set the time and date when the user runs the action.

Select the 'Admin' tab from the smart navigation.
Click on the 'Users' tab
Select the User Profile you want to edit.
Select/Deselect the tickbox next to the Change Note/To Do Time.
Click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.

Setting the system to Time and Date stamp actions means that a user cannot backdate or change an action date potentially for their advantage.
