Candidate Grid Search Overview
The Candidate Grid has a number of search options as detailed below:
- Select from the drop-down list the field you want to search in.
- The second drop down allows you to select criteria such as Exact, Starts With, Contains.
- The third text box is for you to enter the search criteria you are looking for. You can use this when searching/refining existing search results for things like duplicate email addresses, forename, surname, owner etc.
- The radial search is a popular way to bring up companies that are based within certain areas. Select the number of miles from the drop-down list and then type in the location you're looking for. The location should be available from the drop-down list, but if you can't find it let us know and we'll add it for you.
- The drop-down allows you to filter between all candidates or your own candidates based on the record ownership and several other options.
- This drop-down enables you to run previously saved searches, select the search and click the 'Go' button.
- You can select candidate priorities you want to filter against in the search.
- The 'HOLD' button enables you to hold existing search results, then refine or add additional search criteria to narrow your results further.
- The 'Go' button runs the search.
- The alphabet allows you to search a company name starting with the letter - clicking the '*' will return all records in the database.
- The '+ New' button enables you to create a new candidate record in the database.
